Gaur Kripa Digital ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based in Surat, India. We run Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, websites and lead follow-up for small businesses. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to nitin@gaurkripadigital.com.
What we collect
Forms on this website. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect your name, email, business name, website, country, the service you are interested in, your budget range and anything you write to us. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign details in the link (such as UTM tags, gclid or fbclid). This is stored in our own database.
The live demo. If you try the follow-up demo on our homepage, we store your first name and email so we can send the demo reply and stop the demo being misused. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself. Demo entries are not added to our sales list.
Emails and messages. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we keep the conversation and the contact details that come with it.
Business outreach. We sometimes email small businesses about our services. For that we use business contact details that the business publishes itself, such as the names, job titles and work emails on its own website or business listing. We do not buy personal data lists.
Client work. When you hire us, we handle the data needed to run your campaigns, such as ad account access and the leads your ads generate. We use it only to do the work you asked for.
Cookies and tracking
We only use analytics and advertising cookies if you allow them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
- Always on: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, and a small cookie that remembers your cookie choice. If you dismiss our country suggestion bar, a cookie remembers that too.
- Analytics (only with consent): Google Analytics 4, to understand which pages help visitors.
- Advertising (only with consent): the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure which ads bring enquiries. When you send a form and have allowed advertising cookies, we also send a hashed copy of your email to Meta's Conversions API to measure the same thing.
How we use it
- To reply to you and send the audit, quote or information you asked for.
- To deliver and report on services for our clients.
- To measure which pages and ads bring enquiries, when you have allowed it.
- To send a small number of relevant business emails. Every one of these can be stopped by replying "stop", and we will not contact you again.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Tools that process data for us
We use a few trusted services to run the business. They process data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare for hosting this website, bot protection (Turnstile) and receiving email.
- Supabase for the database that stores form enquiries.
- Brevo for sending email from our domain, including the automatic reply to your enquiry.
- Zoho CRM to keep track of enquiries and clients.
- Google (Gmail, Google Workspace, Google Analytics and Google Ads) for email and, with your consent, measurement.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Pixel and Conversions API) for messages, ads and, with your consent, measurement.
- Cal.com for booking calls.
- YouTube for the video thumbnails shown on our homepage.
- Anthropic (Claude) to help draft emails and replies. A person reviews outreach emails before they are sent.
Google user data
Our internal email tool connects only to our own Gmail account, with our permission, to send our business emails and read the replies to them. It does not access anyone else's Google account. Gmail data is used only for that purpose, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train general AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries, demo entries and outreach records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for any period the law requires after that, such as for invoices and taxes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email nitin@gaurkripadigital.com and we will act on it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UK and EU GDPR, or US state privacy laws may give you further rights, and we will respect them.
Security
We use two-factor sign-in on our accounts, encrypted connections, and give access only to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
